Colombia El Vergel Caturra

Another offering from one of our favorite farms, El Vergel! Produced by Elías and Shady Bayter in Tolima, this lot of red & yellow Caturra undergoes an extended anaerobic natural fermentation designed to amplify tropical fruit character. The result is an incredibly vibrant and layered coffee with notes of strawberry, plum, tropical fruit, and citrus wrapped in a deep jammy sweetness. Despite its intensely fruit-forward profile, the cup still maintains balance and cleanliness with a silky body and bright acidity that keeps everything feeling lively and refined.
