15 Mile is our flagship blend. Designed to lean a little more towards a classic espresso profile, we develop this blend just a little bit further in the roaster. The more developed roast pushes the fruit flavors to a more caramelized jammy flavor and creates a thick body to help this coffee stand out in espresso drinks with a higher volume of milk. This coffee is a crowd pleaser for a reason and works well to make sweet espresso based drinks and a comforting, more approachable cup of drip coffee.
