We first released this coffee back in April 2025. As an experiment we vacuum sealed and froze 24lbs. Coming up on almost a year later we decided to take it out of the freezer and roast it on our loring! The coffee held up surprisingly well. It's very syrupy, complex, bubbly, and intense. Since this was an experimental offering we did just to have some fun we decided to offer it at a lower price than the formal release last year.
