We secured this lot through the Dubai World Class Coffee Auction. Nestled in the Andes, Inmaculada Coffee Farms produces coffee at 1,700-2,000 meters above sea level.Founded by the Holguín family, the farm has earned global recognition for its rare varieties, exacting standards, and innovative processing techniques that highlight clarity, complexity, and origin character. This is something we saw to be true when we visited and cupped at this farm a few years ago.
We vacuum sealed this green coffee in individual roast portions and put it in the freezer to preserve it. Each order of this coffee will be pulled from our freezer and roasted to order on our Roest L200 Ultra.
Our total cost to land this coffee in the US (green costs, shipping, import fees, etc) was $101/lb.
