Ethiopia Chelchele Natural

This coffee comes from the Chelchele washing station in Kochere, a district within Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region. Coffees from this area are known for their layered sweetness, often showing notes of toffee or soft almond, balanced by bright citrus and delicate florals.

This lot is produced by smallholder farmers who grow coffee on very small plots alongside other crops. During harvest, producers deliver ripe coffee cherry to the Chelchele washing station, where it is sorted and processed as a natural coffee before drying on raised beds.

The result is a sweet, fruit-forward Ethiopian coffee with the floral lift and citrus brightness that make Yirgacheffe such a celebrated origin.
