Good Measure is a perfect introduction to our lightly roasted single-origin offerings. Built entirely from clean, sparkly washed coffees, it brings together bright citrus, delicate florals, and honey-like sweetness with a silky mouthfeel. Although much lighter than 15 Mile, we roast it just a few color points darker than most of our single origins to make it more versatile across brew methods while preserving its vibrant character. Good Measure is designed to work well as a modern espresso or as a complex, layered cup of filter coffee.
