This is our fourth year buying coffee from Roger Domínguez, a producer who continues to impress us with the quality and consistency of his work. Roger owns several farms in La Paz, Honduras, and this particular lot comes from Las Flores, where he focuses on growing single varietal micro-lots.

Roger inherited his family’s farms, which have been producing coffee since the early 1990s. Today, he manages three farms in Marcala, each between three and five hectares and situated above 1,300 meters. Across his farms, Roger grows a selection of varieties including Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra, with a particular focus on careful wet-milling and drying practices.

We always look forward to Roger’s coffees each year, and we’re excited to continue working with him for a fourth harvest.
