We're happy to share our holiday coffee, Lake Effect. We take this Ethiopian coffee a little further in the roast, bringing forward a heavier sweetness and softer acidity. Milk chocolate sweetness is layered with warm berry cobbler and a lingering touch of baking spice.

This is a single origin washed Ethiopian coffee from the Chelbesa mill. It's an easy coffee to share with a mixed crowd and is approachable for friends and family who just want a good cup, with enough complexity to keep specialty coffee enthusiasts interested. This year's Lake Effect lands in the light-medium range and works well for filter coffee and makes for a wonderful espresso.

The beautiful new packaging, designed by local artist Eli Flannigan, makes it a great option for holiday gifts, too.
