This is our second lot, in quick succession, from Raquel Lasso. This is a beautiful example of how different a coffee can taste despite it being from the same farm. This lot has some really beautiful citrus notes that are reminiscent of fresh orange. It's not quite orange juice, but more like the oils that come off the fresh orange peel. It has layers of really nice florals and a cooked fruit type of sweetness. It's coffees like this one that are the perfect showcase of how complex and wonderful a washed coffee can be.
